1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any materials, products, or physical goods. All services and content provided are either:

• Delivered digitally via email, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), or learning portals.
• Conducted in person at designated workshop venues.

2. Access to Digital Materials

Participants will receive relevant digital materials (e.g., PDFs, slides, worksheets) through:

• Email (to the address provided at registration)
• Download links shared during or after the session
• Access to our learning platform (if applicable)

3. Delivery Timeline

• Digital materials will typically be delivered within 24–48 hours of registration or completion of the workshop.
• Access instructions for live workshops will be sent at least 24 hours prior to the event.
